A Milestone Moment: All-Hands at Missionovo

Like many companies, we kicked off the new year by bringing our team together. This get-together was a little extra special as it was an All-Hands to introduce our company values and leadership principles, which we’re excited to cover in upcoming posts.

Having everyone in the same room for this unveil mattered. It gave us the opportunity to focus on our values and leadership principles as our differentiators, to connect across programs, and to meet new teammates face-to-face for the first time. We covered a lot of ground in a short amount of time and were fortunate to have our company values presented by Todd Wilson, who shared stories and lessons drawing from his decades of experience in the Intelligence Community. Todd offered thoughtful perspectives and real-world examples that reinforced why how we do our work matters - both for people involved and the mission we support.

We’re incredibly proud of this team and grateful for the shared ownership that continues to shape Missionovo. This was an important moment for us and just the beginning of more opportunities to come together, share ideas, and continue to build together.
